• Prepare and evaluate tax returns for Individuals, Corporations, S-Corporations, Partnerships, Trusts, and Estates.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
• The Senior Tax Associate must maintain professionalism at all times and will have regular direct interaction with clients.
• This role requires critical thinking skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• The ideal candidate must be capable of working swiftly, accurately, and under pressure during the tax season to meet tight deadlines.
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree; a Master's degree/CPA is preferred but not mandatory.
• Have a minimum of 2 years of tax-related experience.
• Display a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Willing to handle pressure and tight deadlines during peak seasons.
• Take pride in delivering quality work.
