Tax Reform Projects Consultant – PMO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist the TMO in spearheading organizational and tax transformation initiatives, concentrating on Tax Reform, compliance, and operational efficiency;

• Engage in discussions with various business sectors (finance, tax, procurement, logistics, e‑commerce, etc.) to map out processes and identify implications;

• Organize and document action plans, timelines, and deliverables utilizing PMO methodologies (such as Jira, Monday, or comparable tools);

• Aggregate data and create executive summaries, presentations, and status updates for committees and executive management;

• Aid in the development of technical and strategic assessments regarding the effects of Tax Reform (IBS/CBS, Split Payment, credits, pricing, etc.);

• Contribute to the uniformity of project templates, forms, and checklists;

• Ensure coordination between ROIT departments (Tax, Tech, PMO) and client stakeholders;

• Track performance metrics (KPIs) and support the governance of timelines, risks, and priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in tax consulting;

• Familiarity with Tax Reform initiatives;

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Law, or related fields;

• Previous experience in transformation projects, consulting, PMO, or change management;

• Solid understanding of tax and business processes;

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
