This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Evaluate finished projects for tax-credit/rebate eligibility and confirm that all documentation is complete.
• Reach out to homeowners to gather any missing information or necessary documents.
• Assemble, arrange, and submit application packets following company protocols.
• Monitor application statuses and follow up on any outstanding items.
• Keep records organized and up to date.
• Update customers on progress regularly.
• Collaborate with project managers to address any discrepancies.
• Assist in enhancing processes.
• Maintain a precise queue of pending applications and ensure each case moves toward resolution.
• Deliver timely responses to customers and ensure packages are complete with minimal errors.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple cases without overlooking details.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Professional management of confidential customer information.
• Reliable internet connection is a must.
• Dedicated workspace at home.
• Availability during Mountain Time business hours.
• Experience in insurance, mortgage/lending, title/escrow, healthcare administration, government/permit processing, utility rebates, construction/home-improvement administration, customer service/operations, or document-intensive administrative roles is a plus.
• Submission of a resume and a brief application note is required.
• Short aptitude assessment must be completed by selected applicants.
• Work fully remotely.
• Initial assignment for 90 days with the possibility of extension.
• Contribute to a growing home-improvement and solar company in New Mexico.
