Tax & Accounting Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Carolina.

📋 Description

• Guide and mentor team members to enhance their skills and support their career development.

• Oversee office workflows and procedures.

• Lead client interactions and take ownership of relationships.

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, businesses (c-corps, s-corps, partnerships), exempt entities, and fiduciaries.

• Offer advisory services to clients concerning tax, finance, and business practices.

• Collaborate with the Tax Director to create and implement strategies for retention, growth, and operations of the firm.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of experience in preparing and reviewing individual, corporate, partnership, and estate tax returns.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting.

• CPA or EA certification is required.

• Previous experience in team management is highly advantageous.
