This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Offer programmatic assistance to stakeholders and project teams for the execution of designated project schedules and deliverables.
• Create, update, and sustain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations in accordance with performance work statement (PWS) requirements.
• Facilitate contract kick-off and transition-in procedures; lead regular In-Process Reviews (IPRs) and executive presentations.
• Oversee project documentation, meeting summaries, reports, and communication materials for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate non-disclosure agreements, monthly status updates, CAC accountability reports, and ensure compliance with DoD 8570/8140 certification tracking.
• Direct the preparation and submission of transition plans in case of follow-on contract transitions.
• Guarantee precise and prompt reporting on task progress, risks, and resource utilization to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) and PMO.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• An active Secret security clearance is required.
• At least 7 years of experience managing large-scale federal IT programs or task orders, preferably within the DoD environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing Agile-based and multi-task project settings, particularly involving ERP or financial system implementations.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Agile).
• Strong comprehension of federal contract and task order management processes.
• Knowledge of DOD 8570/8140 certification tracking and reporting.
• Experience in developing transition plans and carrying out contract onboarding/offboarding.
• Exceptional communication, reporting, and stakeholder engagement abilities.
