Task Order Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete implementation of designated task order(s) under the direction of the Program Manager.

• Ensure that technical solutions and schedules are executed promptly.

• Act as the main point of contact for customers and stakeholders.

• Manage task order execution to align with scope, timeline, and budget constraints.

• Create, sustain, and track project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary project teams.

• Allocate tasks and assess team performance.

• Support the Program Manager in liaising with the Government Contracting Officer, Task Order Managers, government management personnel, and representatives from the customer agency.

• Assist in proposal efforts that are contingent upon award, customer approval, and successful onboarding requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts, or four (4) additional years of relevant experience in place of a degree.

• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in managing enterprise IT Support Services contracts for the Department of Defense (DoD) or other Federal agencies.

• Proven experience in implementing and delivering enterprise IT Support Services utilizing ITIL-based Service Management and Service Delivery methodologies.

• Must hold a Moderate Risk (Confidential, Non-Critical Sensitive, IT II) security clearance with a Tier 3/NACLC/ANACI investigation.

• Project Management certification, such as Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or another recognized credential.

• DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification: Category IAM Level I.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to effectively communicate with customers and meet all contractual obligations and responsibilities.
