This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Overseeing the development and management of Task Orders under a significant federal IDIQ contract.
• Collaborating closely with the Federal Customer PMO, GDIT Program Management Office (PMO), and Organizational Change Management (OCM) vendors to synchronize activities within the contract's scope.
• Delivering technical, administrative, and operational oversight for a range of development initiatives and projects, varying from straightforward to intricate.
• Leading assigned project teams to guarantee that Task Orders are accomplished on time, within budget, and adhere to the authorized scope.
• Offering Task Order project management, strategic planning, and integration support to Senior and Deputy Program Managers.
• Executing planning activities and providing clients with recommendations on task workload.
• Coordinating the engagement of relevant subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle, as necessary for Task Order management.
• Participating in deliverable reviews, tracking progress, and meeting weekly with the GDIT PMO Manager to ensure that deliverables for each Task Order are fulfilled.
• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical or clinical field, or a comparable combination of education, professional training, or work experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in managing projects or task orders.
• Proven experience in managing project costs and schedules, directing team members, ensuring contract compliance, and acting as the customer liaison at the Task Order (TO) level.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.
• Capability to excel in a collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented environment.
• Experience in process development and management.
• Familiarity with system development methodologies and project management practices.
• Demonstrated ability to operate in a team environment while adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Experience in managing change control activities, including product backlogs, scope management, and conducting impact and gap analyses.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Level 5 clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
