• Manage the complete oversight of Task Order, warranty, and repair status activities and strategies for the Common Hardware Systems – 6th Generation (CHS-6) contract.
• Adopt a proactive and strategic mindset to build relationships, extending beyond basic issue resolution.
• Lead a team of two Customer Care Coordinators.
• Take ownership of customer and end-user relationships.
• Act as the primary advisor for CommIT hardware warranty and repair activities within the program.
• Continuously devise innovative strategies to enhance program efficiencies.
• Maintain analysis data related to warranty and repair to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with vendors to address repair concerns as they arise.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with third-party warranty and repair providers while offering SOW guidance to the Leidos Subcontracts organization.
• Assist the Leidos CHS-6 Program Manager and Contracts Manager in informing customers about any product defects identified before Government acceptance.
• Supervise CDRL deliverables related to Task Orders, warranty, and repair.
• Ensure compliance with Government reporting requirements, including failure analysis and trend reporting.
• Support property management accountability concerning spare parts and repairs.
• Monitor all orders under active warranties and assess the risk and profitability of OEM product lines.
• Gather and relay client feedback to the CHS-6 Program Management teams to continuously enhance the value provided to the client's mission.
• Review both draft and final Performance Work Statements to assist with CHS-6 Task Order opportunities.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related scientific/technical field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s Degree accompanied by at least 8 years of pertinent experience.
• US Citizenship is required; an active Secret Clearance is preferred, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Capability to collaborate with a matrixed team regarding the program’s logistics, warranty, and repair vision.
• Experience in overseeing and executing warranty and repair operations involving multiple vendors.
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with customers.
• Background in project and operations management.
• Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize various tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD, Edgewood, MD, Orlando, FL, Leidos office, and other customer locations as required.
