Talk Therapy Clinical Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct case consultations, review treatment plans, and provide clinical decision support.

• Assist in risk management pathways for suicidal or homicidal thoughts, abuse and mandated reporting, duty-to-warn scenarios, and other clinical emergencies.

• Act as an escalation point for high-acuity and complex cases.

• Facilitate regular one-on-one meetings to support clinician performance, retention, growth, and career development.

• Oversee chart and documentation reviews.

• Monitor measurement-based care and outcome data while coaching clinicians on quality and consistency.

• Maintain clinical protocols, safety workflows, and care pathways.

• Onboard newly hired therapists and provide clinical training and oversight.

• Ensure adherence to state licensure, telehealth regulations, and scope-of-practice requirements in all 50 states.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations on therapist availability, scheduling, and continuity of care.

• Manage a small direct therapy caseload.

• Partner with Clinical Operations, Product, and Member Experience teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active, unrestricted, independent clinical license in good standing as an LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LPCC, or licensed psychologist (PhD or PsyD) in at least one US state.

• Willingness and capability to obtain additional state licenses.

• 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations and varying acuity levels.

• 2+ years of experience supervising, leading, or formally mentoring other clinicians.

• Direct experience in telehealth or virtual behavioral health.

• Comfortable delivering and overseeing care via video and other virtual modalities.

• Strong understanding of clinical risk management, crisis and safety protocols, mandated reporting, and evidence-based, measurement-based care.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to provide clear, supportive, and direct feedback to fellow clinicians.

• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
