Talent Sourcing Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the talent sourcing operations for clients located in the U.S.

• Evaluate AI suggestions related to both inbound and outbound recruitment.

• Assist the operations team with the setup of new campaigns.

• Create a shortlist of candidates for inbound inquiries, InMail outreach, and calibration sessions.

• Assess candidates based on role specifications and prioritize accordingly.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing or recruitment for companies in the U.S.

• Enthusiastic about working in a dynamic, rapidly growing, remote startup environment.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing for both technical and non-technical positions.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to handle multiple priorities at once.

• Comfortable working during U.S. business hours.
