Talent Sourcing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Requisition Execution: Assume responsibility for new client requests, translating complex requirements into effective search strategies for a diverse range of positions (Administrative, Marketing, Real Estate, Technical, etc.).

• CSM Strategic Alignment: Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to grasp the intricacies of their clients' businesses and their ultimate hiring objectives. You ensure that each identified profile is strategically aligned with the client's vision and specific motivations.

• Sourcing Direction & Calibration: Lead and oversee the workflow of the Sourcing team. You define the "ideal candidate profile" and guarantee that the pipeline remains robust, high-quality, and consistent with the client’s particular software and workflow prerequisites.

• Expert Vetting & Quality Control: Perform comprehensive interviews for positions ranging from entry-level to executive leadership. You serve as the final gatekeeper, assessing candidates for technical skills, English proficiency, and the exceptional "Top 1%" quality standard that Wing Assistant embodies.

• Internal Collaboration & Feedback Loops: Actively engage with CSMs to enhance searches based on real-time feedback. Your objective is to ensure that the client is thoroughly satisfied with the candidate pool and to uphold a high standard for "profile acceptance."

• Product & Scope Compliance: Work closely with the Product Delivery Specialist to confirm that any additional client requests made post-sales are practical and in line with Wing’s standards before proceeding with further sourcing or candidate endorsements.

• The "Hard-to-Fill" Specialist: Take charge of specialized or high-stakes requisitions that necessitate unconventional sourcing, innovative problem-solving, and in-depth evaluation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of demonstrated success in an agency, RPO, or managed staffing environment.

• Proficient in hiring across various industries and job functions without being confined to a specific niche.

• Experienced in managing internal stakeholders; adept at balancing the needs of the CSM with the realities of the talent market.

• Capable of conducting competency-based interviews for diverse roles, ensuring that only the "Top 1%" of talent advances.

• Comprehensive understanding of utilizing various job boards and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) to discover "purple squirrel" candidates for challenging positions.
