This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.
• Proactive search for suitable candidates based on job requirements, utilizing various channels, tools, and a creative approach.
• Development of an effective sourcing strategy to attract qualified candidates.
• Creation of engaging outreach emails, testing their effectiveness, and continuously improving communication.
• Close collaboration with recruiters regarding open positions; planning and organizing interviews while guiding candidates through all stages of the hiring process.
• Collection and analysis of sourcing data, preparing weekly/quarterly reports on progress, effectiveness, and forecasting results.
• Maintenance and updating of candidate information in the internal database.
• Analysis of the IT job market and gathering current information on market trends.
• Active participation in the development and enhancement of the sourcing function within the team.
• Involvement in the onboarding process for Junior and Intern specialists: organizing interviews and conducting brief prescreen interviews.
• 1-2 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Understanding of key trends in the global IT job market.
• Practical experience with Boolean and X-Ray search queries.
• Proactive and independent work ethic, with a willingness to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Desire to grow in the recruiting field and explore modern candidate sourcing approaches.
• Understanding of the IT market and roles within IT companies.
• Copywriting skills and knowledge of best practices for creating email campaigns.
• Proficient command of English (Upper-Intermediate+/Advanced) – both written and spoken.
• Ability to analyze information and draw practical, effective conclusions.
