This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for career opportunities across various therapeutic and functional areas.
• Establish and sustain talent pipelines for both current and future hiring needs within clinical research, pharmacovigilance, regulatory affairs, medical affairs, data sciences, and related fields.
• Leverage a diverse range of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, professional networks, referrals, and industry associations.
• Execute candidate outreach and engagement campaigns to stimulate interest in career opportunities at Thermo Fisher Scientific.
• Conduct candidate screening and qualification discussions to evaluate experience, skills, availability, and geographical alignment.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to comprehend business requirements and talent market dynamics.
• Perform talent mapping and labor market analysis to offer insights on candidate availability, competitor activities, compensation trends, and regional talent pools.
• Maintain precise candidate records and activity logs within applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) platforms.
• Assist in diversity sourcing initiatives by identifying and engaging talent from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
• Engage in workforce planning discussions and provide recommendations concerning sourcing strategies and talent availability.
• Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, company policies, and best practices in recruitment.
• Cultivate and maintain robust candidate relationships to enhance the overall candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience in the end-to-end recruitment cycle.
• Experience in the clinical research/CRO industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.
• Strong understanding of social media and sourcing techniques.
• Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Boolean search techniques and recruitment databases.
