📋 Description

• Assuming responsibility for talent acquisition and recruitment objectives, utilizing your expertise to ensure both quality and efficiency.

• Creating and implementing sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future hiring demands.

• Leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases to proactively engage potential candidates.

• Performing initial candidate outreach, screening, and engagement to evaluate fit and interest.

• Collaborating with Recruiters and HR Business Partners to comprehend role requirements and market trends.

• Keeping accurate and current talent pipelines and sourcing activity records in applicant tracking systems.

• Providing market insights and sourcing best practices to hiring teams and the broader Talent Acquisition function.

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, psychology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience in recruiting or talent sourcing, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or technical sectors.

• Strong research and networking abilities, with experience in utilizing professional platforms and sourcing tools.

• Exceptional communication and candidate engagement skills.

• Organized and data-oriented, capable of managing multiple pipelines and priorities.
