This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Supervise a team of 2-5 recruiters.
• Guide, coach, develop, and mentor a team of recruiters and recruiting support personnel.
• Facilitate regular one-on-one meetings, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations.
• Manage daily recruiting operations and workflow for the assigned functional area.
• Track recruiter workload, requisition assignments, candidate pipelines, and productivity metrics.
• Handle a portfolio of high-priority, complex, hard-to-fill, executive, technical, or strategic searches.
• Source, screen, evaluate, interview, and recommend qualified candidates for consideration.
• Create and present recruiting updates and dashboards to leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• A minimum of five years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, recruiting, or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in leadership, mentoring, team leading, or supervisory roles.
• Proven experience leading complex full lifecycle recruitment initiatives.
• Background in collaborating with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to influence stakeholders and guide hiring decisions through consultation and data.
