Staffing and Resource Forecasting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Gather, organize, and conduct preliminary analysis of data from diverse sources to pinpoint trends and aid in decision-making processes.

• Aid in assessing current operational processes by supplying data and analysis to highlight areas for enhancement.

• Maintain and refresh reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators and deliver regular updates to the management team.

• Collaborate with various departments to collect data and offer support in understanding operational challenges.

• Record operational processes, workflows, and enhancements to guarantee knowledge sharing and consistency throughout the organization.

• Execute other job responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience

• Advanced skills in MS Excel

• Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as required

• Must adhere to applicable security policies and procedures to protect company and client information

• Must be capable of sitting and viewing a computer screen for extended durations
