This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with hiring managers, HR leadership, and recruiters to identify hiring requirements and create campus recruiting strategies that foster early career growth.
• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes for intern, co-op, entry-level, and experienced professional roles.
• Establish and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building initiatives.
• Represent CHA at career fairs, university events, networking functions, and other recruitment initiatives.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with colleges, universities, and student organizations to enhance CHA's presence in campus recruitment.
• Monitor recruiting activities and market trends to inform talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning efforts.
• Act as a brand ambassador for CHA, showcasing our culture, values, and career opportunities to potential candidates.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in campus recruiting is required.
• Proven experience in establishing and nurturing relationships with universities, student organizations, faculty, and career services.
• Experience in planning and participating in career fairs, networking events, information sessions, and campus activities.
• Proficient in working with Applicant Tracking Systems; experience with iCIMS is preferred.
• Background in sourcing candidates through networking, research, and social media platforms is preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by a professional and engaging demeanor.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance is preferred.
