This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Contribute to the formulation and execution of the commercial strategy aimed at attracting prospective students for GUS France.
• Develop, manage, and enhance partnerships with employers to secure apprenticeship and work-study opportunities.
• Provide guidance to employers regarding recruitment needs, outline role specifications and candidate profiles, and facilitate connections between employers and prospective students.
• Represent the institution at recruitment events, campus career fairs, and key account initiatives.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for employers to cultivate long-lasting partnerships and ensure partner retention.
• Identify employer recruitment requirements and proactively source and recommend appropriate candidates.
• Address and resolve issues related to partnerships and placements.
• Take part in Apprenticeship Tax initiatives and corporate philanthropy fundraising campaigns.
• Meet annual enrollment objectives for apprenticeship and work-study programs.
• Identify and shortlist students for employer presentations.
• Ensure that placements adhere to apprenticeship regulations and contractual obligations.
• Negotiate training fees and secure agreed-upon commercial terms.
• Complete employer information files and oversee apprenticeship enrollment documentation.
• Submit necessary documentation to the Apprenticeship Administration team for contract preparation.
• Manage the relationship between the institution, apprentices, and employers throughout the program.
• Act as the primary contact for employers and apprentices during the apprenticeship program.
• Availability on weekends for promotional events.
• A full driving license (Category B).
• A Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in Marketing, Communication, Sales, or Business School.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the local environment and regulations concerning apprenticeships and work-study programs.
• Excellent analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Robust sales, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Outstanding organizational skills, diligence, persistence, and persuasive abilities.
• A highly responsive, dynamic, and proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical, adaptable, and active listening skills.
• Capability to manage stress and perform effectively under pressure.
