This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Analyze demands and lead commercial negotiations in line with the Supply Policy, employing Sourcing strategies to secure optimal pricing and quality conditions.
• Monitor the national and international supplier market for services and materials under management.
• Ensure the documentation of processes in SAP, Ariba, and/or the network, adhering to compliance regulations.
• Manage the complete Purchase-to-Pay process, ensuring delivery and adherence to negotiated conditions.
• Conduct BID processes, evaluating technical and commercial proposals, assessing TCO, and formulating long-term contracts.
• Address demands while respecting SLAs, budget, and Business Plan.
• Oversee systemic and legal contracts in collaboration with operations and the legal team.
• Update and monitor departmental KPIs, supporting strategic decision-making.
• Analyze authorized purchase requisitions and terms of reference, managing internal clients.
• Negotiate with suppliers, stakeholders, and the Supply team to ensure costs, timelines, and quality standards.
• Manage the budget for assigned categories.
• Adhere to internal standards regarding quality, environment, compliance, health, and workplace safety.
• Handle multiple stakeholders with complex demands.
• Develop lasting partnerships with strategic suppliers.
• Apply Category Management and Strategic Sourcing in value-adding projects and initiatives.
• Develop cost models, including Make or Buy and Cost Breakdown analyses.
• Monitor market drivers and generate strategic inputs for decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, or Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Environmental, among others).
• Knowledge in Category Management and Strategic Sourcing.
• Willingness to travel.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Advanced reading skills in Power BI.
• Experience with SAP and Ariba.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal taxation.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in English.
• Desirable knowledge in the procurement of services and materials/equipment, particularly in Civil Construction, Sanitation, Consulting, and Projects.
• MBA or training in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Procurement is a plus.
