This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.
• Develop and present qualified candidate pipelines.
• Gather and clarify requisition briefs from hiring managers.
• Source candidates using independent channels, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and sourcing platforms.
• Perform initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications.
• Provide vetted candidate shortlists accompanied by structured candidate notes and screening summaries.
• Re-source underperforming requisitions as necessary.
• Offer market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and pipeline insights.
• Proven success in supporting federal government recruiting initiatives, including sourcing and developing pipelines for hard-to-fill or mission-critical roles.
• Preferred experience in recruiting within federal contracting, government services, or similar sectors.
• Strong capabilities in sourcing and talent networking.
• Ability to independently manage requisitions and deliverables effectively.
• Preferred experience in supporting hiring for technical, software engineering, or professional services roles.
• Familiarity with Palantir environments, ecosystems, or related talent communities is an advantage.
