Talent Sourcing Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and present curated candidate pipelines that assist PVM hiring managers in swiftly and effectively filling essential roles.

• Gather and clarify requisition briefs from hiring managers, encompassing target profiles, compensation expectations, location specifications, and hiring urgency.

• Identify candidates through diverse channels, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and sourcing platforms, applying an independent methodology.

• Perform initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, availability, compensation alignment, and basic role suitability.

• Provide vetted candidate shortlists accompanied by organized candidate notes and screening summaries.

• Re-source underperforming requisitions as necessary to enhance hiring outcomes.

• Offer market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and insights into the candidate pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven success in supporting federal government recruiting initiatives, including sourcing and developing pipelines for challenging or mission-critical roles.

• Preferred experience in recruiting within federal contracting, government services, or similar environments.

• Strong capabilities in sourcing and talent networking.

• Ability to autonomously manage requisitions and deliverables.

• Preferred experience in supporting technical, software engineering, or professional services recruitment.

• Familiarity with Palantir environments, ecosystems, or related talent communities is advantageous.
