This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for healthcare, offshore, specialized onshore, and bilingual roles across various industries and functions.
• Create scalable sourcing frameworks that enhance candidate quality, expedite the filling process, and ensure long-term pipeline sustainability.
• Oversee talent mapping, market research, and workforce intelligence projects to pinpoint emerging and difficult-to-reach talent pools.
• Establish proactive talent pipelines for healthcare, bilingual talent pools, and other language-specific candidates to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Managers and hiring teams to predict talent needs and formulate strategic sourcing plans.
• Promote continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing sourcing efficiency, process optimization, automation, and technology integration.
• Spearhead sourcing efforts for healthcare-related positions, including certified roles, both on-site and remote, medical administrative support, revenue cycle management, medical billing, medical coding, patient coordination, and other healthcare operations roles.
• Formulate targeted sourcing strategies for offshore talent in customer support, executive assistance, sales, marketing, operations, technology, and healthcare services.
• Identify and engage passive candidates within healthcare and remote workforce talent markets.
• Remain updated on healthcare labor market trends, talent shortages, credentialing requirements, and competitive hiring conditions.
• Offer leadership, mentorship, coaching, and daily guidance to sourcing specialists and junior sourcing team members.
• Conduct sourcing calibrations, training sessions, and best-practice workshops to enhance sourcing effectiveness.
• Monitor team productivity, quality, and sourcing performance metrics.
• Discover opportunities for skill enhancement, process improvements, and sourcing capacity planning.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning.
• Execute talent market research and competitive analysis for healthcare and bilingual labor markets, focusing on language-specific talent availability, compensation trends, and sourcing channels.
• Identify new sourcing channels, professional communities, associations, networking groups, and talent marketplaces.
• Generate insights regarding talent availability, compensation trends, competitor activities, and hiring challenges.
• Provide data-driven recommendations that enhance recruitment results and hiring strategies.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, recruitment leaders, and client-facing teams to ensure alignment of sourcing efforts with hiring priorities.
• Participate in client meetings, intake sessions, and discussions regarding hiring strategies.
• Assist in defining ideal candidate profiles, talent landscapes, and sourcing methods for critical hiring needs.
• Act as a subject matter expert and sourcing consultant for complex and high-priority searches.
• Track sourcing performance metrics, pipeline health, and the effectiveness of sourcing channels.
• Analyze conversion rates throughout the sourcing process and identify areas for optimization.
• Prepare sourcing reports, talent market insights, and workforce intelligence updates for leadership.
• Ensure that sourcing activities are in alignment with organizational KPIs, service-level agreements, and business objectives.
• Over 5 years of progressive experience in sourcing and talent acquisition.
• More than 2 years of experience in a senior, lead, supervisory, or team leadership role in sourcing.
• Experience in staffing, recruitment agencies, outsourcing, remote staffing, or BPO environments.
• Strong background in sourcing healthcare talent, including clinical support, medical administrative roles, revenue cycle management, medical billing, medical coding, patient services, and healthcare operations.
• Proven success in sourcing bilingual talent, especially for customer-facing, healthcare, sales, and support roles.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing difficult-to-fill, niche, and specialized positions based in the U.S.
• Experience in supporting both U.S.-based and offshore hiring initiatives.
• Strong expertise in passive candidate sourcing, talent mapping, and market research.
• Capability to manage multiple hiring priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Advanced skills in Boolean search and internet sourcing.
• Proficient in utilizing social media and other sourcing platforms.
• Experience with AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools.
• Practical experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Strong reporting, analytics, and data interpretation abilities.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
