This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Participate in defining and executing the commercial strategy aimed at attracting prospective students for GUS France.
• Cultivate, oversee, and enhance relationships with employer partners to secure placements for apprenticeships and work-study programs.
• Provide guidance to employers regarding recruitment needs, job specifications, candidate profiles, and connections with potential students.
• Represent the institution at recruitment events, campus career fairs, and key-account recruitment initiatives.
• Ensure an exceptional employer experience to foster enduring partnerships and maximize retention.
• Anticipate future employer hiring needs and proactively identify and recommend suitable candidates.
• Address partnership and placement-related challenges and manage conflicts effectively.
• Contribute to Apprenticeship Tax initiatives and corporate philanthropy fundraising campaigns.
• Meet annual enrollment targets for apprenticeship and work-study programs.
• Identify, evaluate, and shortlist candidates for employer presentations.
• Ensure that candidate placements adhere to apprenticeship regulations and contractual obligations.
• Negotiate training fees and secure agreed commercial terms.
• Complete employer information files following apprentice selection.
• Prepare and oversee apprenticeship enrollment files.
• Submit necessary documentation to the Apprenticeship Administration team for contract preparation.
• Facilitate the relationship among the institution, apprentices, and employers throughout the program.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employers and apprentices during the apprenticeship program.
• Availability on weekends for promotional events.
• Valid driving license (Category B).
• Master’s degree (M1 or M2) in Marketing, Communication, Sales, or Business Administration.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Strong comprehension of the local landscape and apprenticeship/work-study regulations.
• Excellent analytical and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and commercial skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, diligence, persistence, and persuasive capabilities.
• Highly responsive, dynamic, and proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and active listening abilities.
• Capability to manage stress and perform effectively under pressure.
