This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Collaborate closely with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to create effective sourcing strategies for essential and challenging roles.
β’ Perform thorough market mapping and talent intelligence initiatives across GTM, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and People functions.
β’ Establish and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines to meet both current and future hiring demands.
β’ Discover and engage passive candidates through innovative outreach and relationship-building efforts.
β’ Utilize a diverse array of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, industry communities, events, talent networks, and alternative sourcing platforms.
β’ Employ AI-driven sourcing tools and contemporary talent intelligence platforms to enhance sourcing efficiency and reveal less obvious talent pools.
β’ Create targeted candidate engagement campaigns and personalized outreach strategies.
β’ Collaborate with recruiting teams to consistently enhance pipeline quality, conversion rates, and candidate experience.
β’ Collect and disseminate market insights, competitive intelligence, compensation trends, and talent availability information to guide hiring decisions.
β’ Monitor sourcing activities, pipeline health, and key recruiting metrics to promote continuous improvement.
β’ Contribute to employer branding and talent community initiatives to bolster Chainlink Labs' visibility in key talent markets.
β’ 2β4 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, executive search, or talent intelligence.
β’ Demonstrated success in sourcing for business and corporate functions such as Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Talent, Operations, or Strategy.
β’ Strong research and investigative capabilities with the ability to identify niche and hard-to-reach talent pools.
β’ Experience collaborating with Recruiters and Hiring Managers in dynamic, high-growth environments.
β’ Exceptional writing skills and candidate engagement abilities.
β’ Capacity to translate hiring requirements into effective sourcing strategies and talent maps.
β’ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches concurrently.
β’ Data-driven approach with experience in leveraging sourcing metrics and pipeline analytics.
β’ Self-motivated individual who excels in ambiguous situations and takes ownership of results.
