• Identify and attract candidates for senior-level and challenging roles through diverse channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Proactively seek out, approach, and engage with passive candidates.
• Perform market mapping and talent research for essential business-critical positions.
• Utilize Boolean search, X-Ray search, and other advanced sourcing methods to pinpoint relevant talent pools.
• Craft personalized and engaging outreach messages to boost candidate engagement and response rates.
• Regularly assess, test, and refine sourcing strategies and outreach methods.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain insights into hiring requirements, role specifications, and ideal candidate profiles.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in international sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
• In-depth knowledge of Boolean search and sourcing methodologies.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms.
• Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft effective outreach messages.
• Experience in talent mapping is advantageous.
• English proficiency level: B1+
