This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on open positions, from drafting the job description to posting, sourcing, assessing, and closing candidates.
• Utilize various tools to source, screen, and track qualified candidates (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Establish relationships and introduce WORLD / Novatae to passive candidates to create a talent pipeline across diverse roles.
• Identify and screen targeted passive candidates through networking, cold calling, and extensive internet searches across various job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.).
• Evaluate resumes and credentials for suitability of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and business needs.
• Ensure accurate recording and tracking of all recruiting activities.
• Schedule and coordinate a high volume of candidate interviews throughout North America.
• Gather feedback on candidates, delivering it in a constructive, professional, and timely manner.
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and the HR Team to develop innovative strategies for sourcing and attracting top talent in a competitive market.
• Manage candidate offers, negotiating and addressing queries as necessary.
• Draft offer letters and non-disclosure agreements to send to candidates upon extending an offer.
• Act as a culture ambassador, fostering a positive and inclusive experience at all stages of the initial attraction and recruiting process.
• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruiting insurance professionals.
• Strong preference for experience in recruiting wholesale insurance.
• Must possess full-cycle, end-to-end recruiting experience for various open positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in sourcing both passive and active candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, or other insurance-related job boards.
• Creative, strategic thinker who consistently seeks improvements in processes.
