This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Collaborate closely with the scheduling team to grasp hiring requirements and staffing priorities.
• Design, oversee, publish, and close job listings across various hiring platforms.
• Evaluate applications and coordinate interviews with suitable candidates.
• Arrange and schedule interviews with prospective applicants.
• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability for roles.
• Draft and dispatch offer letters to chosen candidates.
• Ensure consistent and timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in recruiting processes to guarantee an effective and positive candidate experience.
• Engage in community outreach by supporting local hiring events and recruitment initiatives as needed.
• Must reside within commuting distance of Inwood, NY.
• Bachelor's degree (mandatory) *(Preferred degrees include Psychology or Social Work, but not required)*.
• Background in recruiting/talent acquisition and/or experience in the field of ABA.
• Administrative experience with excellent organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.
• Self-motivated while working collaboratively as part of an in-office team.
• A person who genuinely enjoys establishing relationships and connecting with others.
