• Take full ownership of the hiring process for designated roles — from initiation to final offer.

• Create candidate pipelines from the ground up through direct sourcing, referrals, and focused outreach.

• Ensure the hiring process remains efficient — eliminate delays, pursue feedback, and secure candidates.

• Revamp interview questions, scorecards, and assessments to elevate the hiring standards.

• Strengthen employer branding through effective content, messaging, and an exceptional candidate experience.
