β’ Demonstrated experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, whether in-house or at an agency.
β’ Proven success in filling roles within a fast-paced environment.
β’ Exceptional sourcing skills β capable of building pipelines without depending on inbound applications.
β’ Strong judgment β able to recognize outstanding candidates beyond their resumes.
β’ Proficient in managing multiple roles efficiently and consistently.
