Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Develop targeted pipelines for candidates.

• You will actively identify and source qualified candidates throughout Latin America for marketing positions, aiming to establish robust candidate pipelines rapidly and consistently.

• Organize and maintain candidate pipelines.

• You will monitor sourced candidates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure that top candidates progress efficiently through the recruiting pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.

• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter or comparable sourcing tools.

• Experience in sourcing passive candidates.

• Familiarity with recruiting from Latin America for U.S.-based companies.

• Knowledge of Boolean search techniques, talent mapping, and competitor analysis.

• Experience with structured outreach testing.

• Business-fluent in both English and Spanish.

• Prior experience sourcing for marketing roles, such as paid media, content, and graphic design, is highly preferred.

• Ability to manage six open roles simultaneously is advantageous.

• Experience with Workable ATS is a plus.

• Collaborating with recruiters, account managers, or hiring managers at client companies is beneficial.
