This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assume complete responsibility for the talent sourcing processes and talent experiences with minimal oversight.
• Design and execute a robust sourcing strategy to identify and connect with key talents across various markets.
• Develop talent pipelines consisting of interactive marketers, creatives, events specialists, content strategists, social media experts, creative technologists, and others who bridge the gap between creative, content, and technology.
• Oversee daily candidate sourcing activities utilizing key recruitment marketing tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Boolean search, Workable) to identify and secure qualified talents for current and future positions.
• Coordinate interview logistics for candidates, including scheduling and arrangements.
• Establish and cultivate a strong network of potential talents in the market to support future business growth.
• Deliver market insights by generating and presenting relevant reports to the team to enhance the hiring process and recruiting KPIs.
• Write job descriptions that attract talents and clearly outline roles and responsibilities, while posting these advertisements on market-specific and pertinent job portals.
• Evaluate resumes to assess suitability based on the position requirements.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Candidate Sourcer/Researcher in a marketing, advertising, digital agency, or recruitment consultancy.
• Established network of marketing and creative talents in the APAC region.
• Experience sourcing candidates regionally or globally is highly desirable.

• A positive attitude with exceptional influencing and consulting abilities.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the capacity to network and drive referrals both internally and externally.
• A critical thinker with problem-solving capabilities, requiring minimal supervision.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, with fluency in another Asian language preferred to support projects across the APAC region.
