Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify and attract top talent within the FinTech, Payments, and Technology sectors.

• Establish robust talent pipelines for challenging technical and business roles.

• Perform market mapping and competitor analysis.

• Discover passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, X-Ray Search, and other sourcing channels.

• Utilize AI tools to enhance sourcing efficiency, automate research, and uncover new talent pools.

• Create innovative sourcing strategies for niche roles.

• Keep organized talent pools and candidate pipelines.

• Collaborate closely with Recruiters to comprehend hiring requirements and continuously refine sourcing methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years experience as a Talent Sourcer or Technical Sourcer.

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates within FinTech, Payments, EMI, or related sectors.

• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and X-Ray Search.

• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing tools utilized in daily operations.

• Capability to identify and engage with passive candidates.

• Excellent research and analytical abilities.

• Outstanding written communication skills.

• Proficient in English and fluent in Russian.
