Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for exceptional talent, contributing to the development of a robust pipeline that supports Cloud Accountant Staffing's success.

• Manage the entire candidate sourcing process from start to finish: identifying potential candidates, reaching out with persuasive messaging, and keeping precise records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Work closely with Talent Partners to grasp role specifications and present candidates who align both technically and culturally.

• Establish and sustain a strong talent pool for current and forthcoming positions.

• Track outreach response rates and refine messaging to enhance engagement levels.

• Ensure prompt communication with candidates throughout the application assessment phase.

• Provide regular updates on sourcing advancements to the Talent team.

• Share valuable insights on candidate availability, market dynamics, and feedback from applicants.

• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of candidate interactions when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in candidate sourcing, recruitment, or talent acquisition.

• Strong research abilities and internet sourcing expertise; proficient in using LinkedIn and various job platforms.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple roles and pipelines concurrently.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Availability to work from 9am to 5pm U.S. Eastern Time.

• Preferred (not mandatory): Familiarity with ATS systems such as Ashby.

• Prior experience in recruiting for accounting, finance, or remote teams.
