This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage 30–50 qualified candidates weekly through platforms such as LinkedIn, Wellfound, Indeed, and Slack/Discord communities.
• Conduct personalized outreach to potential candidates.
• Perform pre-screening via 15-minute introductory calls upon candidate response.
• Provide interested candidates with a written summary before handing them off.
• Maintain an organized tracking sheet for all candidates contacted.
• Minimum of 1 year of sourcing experience, preferably in marketing, creative, or remote-first positions.
• A portfolio showcasing successful personalized outreach that has garnered responses.
• Availability for 3–4 hours each weekday.
• Excellent organizational skills with minimal supervision required.
