📋 Description

• Collaborating closely with recruiters and hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of the specific job requirements and effectively align sourcing efforts with the organization's objectives.

• Crafting and posting compelling job advertisements on specialized job boards to enhance interest among target candidates.

• Timely reviewing and processing applications across all platforms.

• Employing various sourcing methods, including online platforms, social media, and networking, to identify and connect with potential candidates who possess the necessary skills and qualifications for specialized positions.

• Implementing a mix of traditional, creative, and targeted candidate attraction strategies, such as mobile and email campaigns, cold calling, and recruitment marketing, to build and nurture talent communities for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a consistent and engaged pipeline of specialized talent.

• Engaging with potential candidates through personalized outreach, networking events, and communication channels to foster rapport and interest in job opportunities.

• Conducting and delivering comprehensive and regular market research to understand industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability, aiding in the development of effective sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Pre-screening candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit prior to presenting them to the hiring team.

• Sharing market insights and candidate information with business hiring groups, while advising them on sourcing and hiring strategies.

• Actively promoting the employer brand to prospective candidates, emphasizing the company's strengths within the industry and opportunities for career advancement.

• Maintaining accurate and current records of candidate interactions and sourcing activities, utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other available tools.

• Keeping abreast of industry best practices, sourcing tools, and techniques to consistently enhance the effectiveness of talent sourcing strategies.

• Promoting diversity and inclusion by sourcing candidates from varied backgrounds and underrepresented groups, thereby contributing to a more inclusive workforce.

• Identifying opportunities for process enhancement within the talent sourcing function and proposing innovative solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma is required.

• A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field is preferred.

• Successful completion of the Sourcing Foundation training and Cielo TalentCloud ACE certification is required.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting is required.

• A deep understanding of, and significant sourcing experience in specific industries or markets is required.

• Proficiency in utilizing specialized sourcing techniques, including X-Ray, Advanced Boolean, data mining, extensions, and aggregators.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with both candidates and hiring teams.

• Strong research and market analysis skills.

• Ability to handle candidate data with precision, confidentiality, and adherence to data protection regulations.

• Capability to manage multiple sourcing tasks and priorities efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and niche recruitment needs are addressed.

• Aptitude for creatively addressing sourcing challenges and finding innovative solutions to attract specialized talent.

• Commitment to continuous learning about industry trends, sourcing best practices, and emerging technologies.
