Talent Source Intern – Paid Internship

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Become a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and contribute to actual United Tech job openings.

• Utilize modern sourcing tools and techniques to search for and identify suitable candidates.

• Develop and test search hypotheses, employing Boolean search and diverse sourcing channels.

• Initiate communication with candidates and maintain their engagement with the company's opportunities.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of your sourcing strategies and refine them based on feedback.

• Collaborate closely with your assigned buddy, implement their suggestions, and rapidly advance in the role.

• Completion of sourcing courses is required.

• A strong understanding of candidate search tools and methodologies is essential.

• Confidence in theory with readiness to apply knowledge in practice.

• Willingness to work on vacancies where results are crucial.

• Openness to constructive feedback and a strong desire for rapid growth.

• A clear vision of your future in Talent Acquisition, with a willingness to continue your journey with United Tech.

• Proficiency in English at a B1 level or higher.

• Availability for a full month of hands-on experience.

• Practical sourcing or recruiting experience, even if minimal.

• Familiarity with IT vacancies or experience in a product company.
