• Identify and source top-quality candidates for various positions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a resourcer or sourcer within a recruitment agency.

• Proven experience in sourcing candidates internationally or across various countries, especially in high-volume remote hiring settings.

• Practical experience using an applicant tracking system and applying Boolean search methods for candidate sourcing.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with recruiters and consultants throughout the recruitment process.

• Proficiency in English at a native level.
