Full-Cycle Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing candidates.

• Perform high-volume outbound sourcing utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, Google X-Ray search, job boards, referrals, and various creative sourcing techniques.

• Establish and sustain a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for multiple open positions.

• Create innovative sourcing strategies to discover passive candidates and talent that is difficult to find.

• Conduct structured screenings of candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

• Oversee candidate communications and ensure an exceptional experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to comprehend hiring needs and recruitment priorities.

• Monitor recruitment KPIs and hiring metrics to enhance sourcing efficiency and time-to-fill.

• Negotiate offers and effectively close candidates to meet hiring objectives.

• Handle multiple vacancies at once while ensuring speed and quality in hiring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of agency recruitment experience (required).

• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment in a high-volume setting.

• Strong proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and Google X-Ray sourcing methods.

• Proven ability to proactively source candidates without depending on incoming applications.

• Consistent success in making placements across various roles and industries.

• Experience in managing multiple job requisitions simultaneously while achieving hiring targets.

• Excellent skills in candidate engagement, stakeholder management, and communication.

• Outstanding abilities in closing deals and negotiating offers.

• Familiarity with ATS, CRM, and recruitment technology platforms.

• Highly organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
