This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Identifies and sources candidates for high-volume job openings utilizing applicant tracking systems and keyword searches on job boards.
• Conducts cold calls to potential applicants and referral sources.
• Participates in career fairs and engages in networking activities.
• Cultivates and maintains a candidate pipeline for designated positions.
• Collaborates with hiring managers to strategize on candidate identification.
• Organizes and attends job fairs to create a candidate pool for assigned roles as necessary.
• Evaluates applicants and coordinates with hiring managers to arrange interviews.
• Documents and conveys employment recommendations to hiring managers.
• Posts job openings for recruitment purposes as required.
• Files and keeps employment records for future reference.
• Generates recruitment status reports (e.g., applicant flow, open requisitions, time to fill).
• Engages in training to acquire new recruitment practices and builds expertise in the recruitment field.
• Bilingual: Spanish and English.
• High School Diploma or GED is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
• 1-3 years of recruiting or related experience is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with recruitment and employment practices.
• Skills and ability to assess candidates effectively through phone or in-person interactions.
• Capability to work across various job roles.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Adheres to the Company’s commitment to workplace safety.
