This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for implementing recruiting strategies, utilizing both traditional sourcing methods and innovating new, creative recruiting approaches.
• Identify and reach out to top educational professionals to establish relationships, gather referrals, and qualify high-caliber candidates for submission.
• Build, manage, and sustain a pipeline of qualified candidates while maintaining consistent and effective communication.
• Engage potential candidates and convert inquiries into genuine interest.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks, assess candidates’ skills, and evaluate, qualify, or disqualify applicants.
• Network creatively and participate in industry recruiting blogs or forums to gain valuable insights about prospect opportunities at Gifted Healthcare.
• Research and suggest new sources for recruiting both active and passive candidates.
• Operate efficiently and effectively to fill open roles while collaborating with the team to meet fulfillment objectives.
• Oversee clinicians during their assignments.
• Record all activities in internal systems.
• Engage positively and constructively with cross-functional teams, including sales, recruitment, staffing, and credentialing.
• Continuously identify areas for improvement within the company/team.
• 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience; prior experience in healthcare or education staffing is advantageous.
• Ability to perform well under pressure.
• Highly motivated individual.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high energy and a positive demeanor.
• Collaborative, responsive, and proactive team player.
• Skilled in discerning which issues require immediate attention and which can be escalated.
• Proficient in PC use, including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exhibits excellence in both written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to determine the appropriate course of action in complex situations.
• Exceptional organizational, decision-making, and time management skills.
