This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Collaborate with business leaders to formulate and implement hiring strategies for leadership and GTM positions.
• Take full responsibility for the recruitment process for all roles based in North America, primarily concentrating on GTM and leadership positions.
• Oversee recruitment workflows within ICIMS, ensuring accuracy of data and streamlined processes.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership.
• Co-manage recruitment operations via iCIMS, guaranteeing data accuracy, reporting integrity, and workflow efficiency.
• Assist in the integration of AI-driven recruiting tools (such as sourcing automation and talent intelligence platforms).
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Over 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, specifically focusing on GTM and leadership recruitment.
• Demonstrated expertise in recruiting across North America (U.S. and Canada).
• Strong proficiency in sourcing and securing passive candidates for complex roles.
• Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology organizations is preferred.
• Experience in agency recruiting is an advantage.
• Familiarity with iCIMS or a similar Applicant Tracking System is preferred.
