• Identify and attract qualified candidates for technical positions (software engineers, QA, DevOps, data scientists) as well as data annotation/labeling roles across designated regions.
• Develop and sustain regional talent pipelines utilizing LinkedIn, Upwork, GitHub, and various other platforms.
• Tailor outreach style and strategies according to regional specifics.
• Evaluate candidate profiles against job specifications and forward suitable candidates to senior recruiters.
• Monitor sourcing activities and pipeline metrics using our internal systems.
• Keep updated on regional tech hubs, salary standards, and the environments where talent is predominantly found in each market.
• Manage multiple open positions concurrently.
• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment within the tech sector.
• Practical experience sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork, and GitHub.
• Proven sourcing experience from at least two of our target regions: Latin America, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, the Balkans, or Asia.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Capability to read and evaluate technical profiles without being a developer yourself.
• Self-motivated and able to stay organized across multiple active pipelines.
• A remote-first, asynchronous-friendly team distributed across various time zones.
