This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Identify qualified candidates for technology positions (including software engineers, QA, DevOps, and data scientists) as well as for data annotation and labeling roles across designated regions.
• Develop and sustain regional talent pipelines through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, GitHub, and others.
• Tailor outreach tone and strategies according to regional specifics.
• Evaluate profiles based on role specifications and forward suitable candidates to senior recruiters.
• Monitor sourcing activities and pipeline metrics using our internal tools.
• Keep abreast of regional tech centers, salary benchmarks, and the typical locations where talent can be found in each market.
• Manage multiple open positions concurrently.
• 1–3 years of experience in sourcing or recruiting for tech roles.
• Practical experience sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter, Upwork, and GitHub.
• Proven experience sourcing from at least two of the following target regions: Latin America, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, the Balkans, or Asia.
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Capability to read and evaluate technical profiles even without being a developer.
• Self-motivated and organized while managing multiple concurrent pipelines.
