This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Sourcing. Identify and attract candidates through a variety of channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screening. Evaluate resumes and applications to find qualified candidates.
• Interviewing. Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experiences, and cultural compatibility.
• Advertising. Assist in the creation and publication of job advertisements.
• Database Management and Analysis. Maintain candidate databases and monitor recruitment metrics.
• Candidate Experience. Ensure a positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Collaboration. Work alongside HR and hiring managers to comprehend staffing needs and job specifications.
• Talent Scouting. Identify talent on various hiring platforms like Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn.
• Trend Monitoring. Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• ATS Utilization. Use an applicant tracking system (ATS) to optimize processes and maintain precise candidate records.
• Enthusiasm. Eager to ask questions and learn more about individuals and their experiences, effectively moving candidates through the pipeline.
• Presentation. Represent our company professionally to potential hires, inspiring excitement about opportunities at Spiralyze.
• Quick Learner. Grasp what Spiralyze does and how various roles function, clearly communicating this to candidates.
• Attention to Detail. Capable of recognizing important details when reviewing resumes and communicating with candidates.
• Organization. Ability to manage multiple candidates across various roles, tracking their statuses, resumes, interview notes, and assessments.
• Communication. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Language. Proficiency in English is required.
• Tools. Familiarity with ATS tools is essential.
• Nice to Have. Experience in hiring or working with UI/UX designers is advantageous; understanding design roles and creative portfolios is a plus.
• Training. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply, and we are happy to provide training!

• Full-time role with semi-flexible working hours. An 8-hour workday within core hours of 3:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST; start and end times are flexible, and hours may be divided into multiple segments within this timeframe.
