Talent Project Manager – Supervising Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Facilitate daily coordination for Talent Transformation initiatives.

• Assist throughout the entire project lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.

• Manage project schedules, trackers, and necessary documentation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect inputs, monitor progress, and ensure consistency.

• Uphold project governance materials, such as status reports, action logs, and risk and issue trackers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or postgraduate qualification in business or a related HR field is preferred.

• A minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in HR or a related domain.

• Preferred experience includes roles in: Change management, Talent Operations, working in international and diverse settings, matrix organizations, and project management.
