Talent Project Manager – Success Factors

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive project management for strategic initiatives, from initial planning through to delivery and deployment, ensuring alignment with Talent’s overarching strategic goals.

• Partner with key stakeholders to outline project scope, requirements, and expected deliverables.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft a detailed project plan and actively monitor project timelines.

• Manage project resources, encompassing both internal teams and external vendors, to guarantee adequate staffing and effective resource utilization.

• Identify potential project risks, formulate mitigation strategies, and proactively tackle issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Create and oversee the overall project budget, managing costs throughout the project lifecycle, including planned, actual, and forecasted operational and capital expenditures.

• Enhance communication among stakeholders, team members, and leadership through regular updates and effective decision-making processes.

• Establish and uphold project management best practices, quality standards, and testing protocols to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Lead change management initiatives to facilitate the successful adoption of new systems and processes by end-users.

• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, covering project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and lessons learned.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager in SAP SuccessFactors implementations and data integration initiatives.

• 5 to 7 years of industry experience as a Project Manager, ideally within Talent.

• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.

• Proven ability to work effectively with globally dispersed teams in a virtual environment.

• Strong leadership capabilities, with the talent to inspire teams and drive project success.

• Excellent project management competencies, including planning, organizing, and resource management.

• Proficient communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a sharp attention to detail.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.

• High-Performance Mindset: Resilience, emotional intelligence, and a focus on agile delivery.

• Technologist DNA: A thorough understanding of the distinction between "coding" and "engineering."

• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are preferred.

• Proficiency in project management software tools.

• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures or AI coding assistants.

• Advanced proficiency in Oral English.
