Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Spearhead and manage IT projects related to the Supply Chain.

• Collaborate with the client's IT team on governance of initiatives.

• Assist in the leadership and oversight of projects across various Supply Chain departments.

• Track progress, risks, deviations, dependencies, and key areas of concern.

• Ensure that status updates and key performance indicators remain up-to-date.

• Conduct follow-up meetings with business and technical teams.

• Align project scope, timelines, deliverables, responsibilities, and next steps.

• Facilitate effective communication between the business, IT, and external partners.

• Identify and manage interdependencies across projects and teams.

• Suggest alternatives to reduce impacts on deliverables.

• Aid in recognizing and resolving obstacles.

• Gather information and create executive reports detailing progress, risks, results, and forthcoming actions.

• Relay initiative status to leadership, emphasizing achievements, critical issues, and necessary decisions.

• Ensure traceability of decisions, organization of information, and follow-up on action plans.

• Collaborate with SAP, Architecture, Infrastructure, and other technical teams.

• Proactively identify risks and opportunities to enhance project delivery and governance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in managing and overseeing IT projects and initiatives.

• Prior experience as a Project Manager, Program Manager, Delivery Lead, or in a comparable role.

• Experience in managing schedules, status updates, risks, dependencies, obstacles, and action plans.

• Capability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently.

• Ability to lead meetings with technical teams and executive leadership.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to serve as an integrator between business, IT, and partners.

• Advanced proficiency in English for leading meetings and engaging with international teams.

• Strong understanding of technical discussions and experience collaborating with SAP, Architecture, and Infrastructure teams.

• Experience in complex corporate environments with multiple projects and stakeholders.

• Previous involvement in Supply Chain projects.

• Knowledge or experience in SAP environments.

• Familiarity with agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe).

• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), Jira, or similar tools.

• Experience in portfolio governance, agile PMO, or demand management.

• Experience with integration projects that involve multiple business areas and technologies.

• Understanding of Supply Chain processes and digital solutions.

• Proactive, hands-on, and highly organized approach.

• Strong skills in influencing, negotiation, and relationship building.

• Resilience to operate in high-demand environments that require prioritization.

• Strong sense of ownership and ability to establish processes in the absence of formal governance.
