Talent Partner – Tech

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Providing contingent recruitment services for a specialist semiconductor and hardware manufacturing client across various highly technical fields—including ML/AI Engineering, chip design, hardware engineering, firmware, and manufacturing engineering.

• Evolving into an embedded Talent Partner after the initial 3-month project, becoming a long-term strategic asset within the client's organization.

• Collaborating closely with senior technical hiring managers and leadership to gain a thorough understanding of role requirements and develop customized recruitment strategies.

• Overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process—from sourcing and screening to offer acceptance and onboarding.

• Creating robust pipelines of specialist technical talent across both hardware and AI sectors in a notoriously candidate-scarce market.

• Leveraging data to provide insights, monitor progress, and guide decisions at every stage.

• Contributing to the evolution of hiring culture, enhancing processes, and supporting employer branding within a highly competitive talent environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience in recruiting technical talent, with a strong preference for exposure to Engineering or AI/ML hiring.

• Proven capability to source and engage passive candidates in niche disciplines—from chip architects to machine learning researchers.

• Comfortable operating within a contingent model and adept at managing the associated pace and accountability.

• Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to influence and advise senior technical stakeholders.

• A people-centric approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.

• Previous experience in RPO or embedded roles is advantageous.
