This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the entire recruiting process, from intake to offer acceptance for both technical and critical business roles, emphasizing cybersecurity, GRC, compliance, engineering, and other strategic areas.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders.

• Develop and implement proactive sourcing strategies.

• Oversee candidate evaluation and interview management.

• Lead the strategy for offers and negotiations.

• Deliver insights into the talent market.

• Uphold excellence in recruiting practices.

• Advocate for continuous improvement initiatives.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• A dependable, high-speed internet connection along with a professional home office setup.

• Dedication to a standard work schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM US Eastern Time (ET).

• Occasional flexibility to modify working hours as necessary.

• Willingness and capability to travel locally for infrequent onsite meetings, team gatherings, or business activities.

• Proven experience in recruiting for rapidly growing SaaS and MSSP (Managed Security Service Provider) companies.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity roles, security certifications (such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+), and the overall cybersecurity talent landscape.

• Experience collaborating with hiring managers across various regions, especially in the US, UK, India, and the Philippines.

• Background in enhancing recruiting operations by refining hiring processes, enabling interviewers, improving recruiting workflows, or applying talent acquisition best practices.
