This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

• Address creator inquiries utilizing approved messaging templates.

• Assist creators with questions pertaining to campaigns, samples, commissions, and account details.

• Refer complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate team members.

• Review and process requests for creator samples.

• Approve or reject requests in accordance with established brand guidelines.

• Maintain a tidy and organized approval queue.

• Assess creators for brand suitability, content quality, engagement, and compliance.

• Review submitted content to ensure it meets campaign standards.

• Identify and escalate any potential brand safety or compliance issues.

• Dispatch outreach messages and campaign invitations to creators.

• Monitor creator responses and aid in campaign coordination.

• Support ongoing affiliate campaigns and ensure prompt follow-up.

• Oversee assigned TikTok Shop accounts and complete daily operational duties.

• Keep workflows, trackers, and account information well-organized and up to date.

• Proactively communicate any blockers and workload concerns.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social commerce, customer support, e-commerce, or digital marketing.

• Strong written communication abilities.

• Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Comfortable adhering to established processes while ensuring high accuracy.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.

• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
