This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.
• Enhance the candidate experience from the initial contact, through interviews, and into pre-onboarding.
• Streamline communications and processes (emails, surveys, templates, instructions).
• Collaborate with our hiring team to ensure pipelines progress with urgency.
• Utilize data to identify bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
• Implement AI/automation to minimize manual tasks and elevate candidate experience.
• Elevate our candidate experience across all touchpoints with innovative and engaging ideas.
• Quickly adapt, troubleshoot, and maintain momentum in high-volume environments.
• Over 1 year of experience in people or recruitment roles where you improved processes, hired personnel, or enhanced candidate/employee experience.
• A strong passion for optimizing processes through AI & automation and transforming the candidate/employee journey.
• Prior experience in remote or hybrid work environments.
• Proficiency in AI/automation tools.
• Fluent in English (C1+); able to communicate clearly, confidently, assertively, concisely, and at a fast pace.
• Tech-savvy: familiar with Google Suite, spreadsheets, ATS, and workflow tools.
• Possess an ownership mindset: proactive, resourceful, and dislike micro-management.
• Stable employment history: you have been with a company for 2 or more years.
